December 1st officially starts the countdown to Christmas. December 1st was filled with activity. First, we went to have breakfast with Santa. I figured Ally would sit on Santa's lap, but I did not think Mya would. We got to the preschool, where the breakfast was held. We decided to eat first. After we ate, Mya wanted to go first!!! She sat on his lap, no crying!! Then Ally went, she told Santa she wanted a Baby Alive and a Hannah Montana doll. It was our first experience with Santa. Yes, Ally is 4 and a half and she has never visited Santa.
Later that day was the Christmas parade. We watched and collected candy. Fun for all, but very cold. Poor Mya's eyes were pouring tears from the cold, but she did not complain. She wanted the candy to badly.
